As a dynamically growing company, we operate nationwide. Since our foundation in 1998, we have been serving over 1.7 million tenants and more than 1.000 customers throughout Germany with almost 600 employees. Our focus is on the housing industry, but we are also active for commercial customers and local authorities.
Our services include waste management, pest control, facility management, planning services and commercial services.
Accounting for almost 25 % of total rent, operating costs are more than just a side issue today - they are a serious burden. At innotec, we are committed to reducing ongoing operating costs with sustainable concepts and combined services from all areas of the company. Our focus is on creating win-win situations for everyone involved - from the tenant to the landlord.
