As a dynamically growing company, we operate nationwide. Since our foundation in 1998, we have been serving over 1.7 million tenants and more than 600 customers throughout Germany with almost 500 employees. Our focus is on the housing industry, but we are also active for commercial customers and local authorities.
Our services include waste management, pest control, facility management, planning services and commercial services.
Accounting for almost 25 % of total rent, operating costs are more than just a side issue today - they are a serious burden. At innotec, we are committed to reducing ongoing operating costs with sustainable concepts and combined services from all areas of the company. Our focus is on creating win-win situations for everyone involved - from the tenant to the landlord.
The birth of innotec! The innovative concept, based on advice, inspection and, if necessary, re-sorting and cleaning, is introduced for the first time in larger portfolios of the Kiel housing industry.
Under the pressure of rising ancillary rental costs (keyword: 2nd rent), the innotec concept is successfully expanding into the housing industry in Lower Saxony, Hesse and North Rhine-Westphalia.
innotec signs its first major customer contracts in North Rhine-Westphalia and Hesse and opens branches in Braunschweig, Darmstadt and Duisburg.
innotec continues to expand and opens branches in Hamburg, Leipzig and Leverkusen. In addition, innotec performance contracting is incorporated into operating cost law.
The Bremen branch is opened and innotec wins a decisive case against a municipal waste disposal company.
innotec grows nationally as an independent company and creates an extended network of locations in the old federal states. The service portfolio is also expanded through the introduction of waste locks (today: waste collection system, AES) with integrated billing.
innotec expands its range of services with the subsidiary innotec Mess- und Abrechnungsdienst in Schwarzheide, Brandenburg.
The Berlin branch opens its doors and innotec currently looks after around 350,000 residential units nationwide.
innotec celebrates the installation of the 1000th AES and is currently serving 550,000 households.
innotec and REMONDIS decide on a strategic partnership to offer the housing industry even broader concepts, for example to recycle further waste components.
innotec Abfallmanagement GmbH celebrates its 10th anniversary. The on-site correction of misfilling is confirmed as a permissible measure by the Federal Administrative Court. The number of households serviced increases to 630,000.
innotec installs its 2000th AES, extends its portfolio of energy management services and becomes an integral part of REMONDIS. The current number of households serviced is 670,000.
The approval of innotec waste management under occupational health and safety law is confirmed by the Düsseldorf Administrative Court.
innotec introduces GSM-based control for waste cost allocators, expands its portfolio in the school and commercial sectors and establishes facility management as a service module. innotec Abfallmanagement GmbH is certified as a waste management company for the first time.

DIS Abrechnung und Consulting GmbH is incorporated into the innotec Group. The playground inspection and traffic safety services are also introduced.
